Free Etsy Offsite Ads scenario sheet
An Offsite Ads sale costs 15% of the order on top of Etsy's usual fees, or 12% once your shop has passed $10,000 in a year. This sheet puts organic, Offsite at 15%, Offsite at 12% and Share & Save next to each other for one product and a ladder of prices, so you can see what each sale would actually leave you before you change the listing.

The Offsite Ads rules the sheet uses
Fees checked October 2026.
According to Etsy's Offsite Ads help page, the fee is 15% if your shop made under $10,000 in the past 365 days, 12% once it reaches $10,000 (Etsy checks monthly, and once a shop is at 12% it stays there); the fee per order never exceeds $100. It comes on top of the $0.20 listing fee and 6.5% transaction fee in Etsy's fees policy and payment processing, which in the US is 3% + $0.25 for a US bank account. A 2.5% currency conversion fee also applies when your listing currency differs from your payout currency.
Set it up
- Check the Rates tab against your own Etsy Fees page; change any cream cell that differs.
- Enter one product on SKU: price, shipping you charge, your costs, and whether you are over the $10k Offsite threshold.
- Read Scenarios for that order, then Price ladder for a range of list prices.

Questions
Is this another online Etsy fee calculator?
No. Browser fee calculators, including the one on this site, are fine for a quick check on one order. This is a spreadsheet you keep: one product, a price ladder, and take-home side by side for organic, Offsite 15%, Offsite 12% and Share & Save, so you can save scenarios and come back to them.
Where do the fee rates come from?
From Etsy's published rules, checked October 2026. Offsite Ads is 15% if your shop made under $10,000 in the past 365 days and 12% once it reaches $10,000 (Etsy checks monthly, and once a shop is at 12% it stays there); the fee per order never exceeds $100. The other defaults are the $0.20 listing fee, the 6.5% transaction fee and US payment processing of 3% + $0.25, plus Share & Save's 4% credit on qualifying orders. Every rate sits in an editable cell on the Rates tab, so check it against your own Fees page.
Will this tell me whether to turn Offsite Ads on?
It shows what one order nets under each path. Whether ads are worth it for your shop still depends on how many sales they bring. Use the sheet so a 15% or 12% hit does not surprise you.
Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. It opens in Excel as it is. In Google Sheets, use File, Import, Upload, then Replace spreadsheet.
Is it free?
Yes. Leave your email and the file arrives. Nothing in it is locked or held back for a paid version.
