Planned at $29Seller Back-Office Kit
The free inventory sheet tells you what is on the shelf. This kit adds what each item costs to make, what came in and went out this month, and the invoice you send, and every one of those tabs reads from a single product list. The spreadsheet is finished; checkout isn't open yet, so the form below takes your email for one message when it is.
What is in the file
| Tab | What you do | What it gives you |
|---|---|---|
| Products | SKU, materials, labour minutes, sell price | Unit cost worked out |
| Movements + Stock | Log In / Out / Adjust | On hand + REORDER flags |
| Profit | (calculated) | Margin after fees and shipping |
| Income / Expenses | Dated ledger rows | Month totals on Summary |
| Invoice | Line items for one client | Totals ready to export as PDF |
Same habit as the free sheets: type in the cream cells; the rest calculates.

One product list, four jobs
A lot of small-shop paperwork is retyping. The same mug goes into the inventory, a costing note, the ledger and then an invoice, and sooner or later one copy has the old price. Here the mug is entered once, on Products, and Stock, Profit and Invoice look it up by SKU. Its cost is materials plus labour minutes times your hourly rate.
Money in and money out sit on Income and Expenses with plain categories you can rename. Summary totals the month. Invoice is the sheet you export as a PDF; the invoice log is who still owes you.
Who it is for
Makers selling on Etsy, at markets or from a simple site (ceramics, candles, prints, sewn goods) who have outgrown a notebook but are not ready for full accounting software. If you only need stock, keep the free inventory template. If you write custom quilt quotes for clients, use the commission quote for a named client, not this.
Can you buy it yet?
Not yet. The file is finished, but there's no card form on this page because checkout isn't set up. The list only sends a launch email.

Questions
Is this built, or only a waitlist?
The spreadsheet is built: Products with materials and labour costing, stock movements, profit after fees, income and expense ledgers, and an invoice tab, all reading one product list. What isn't finished is checkout.
Can I buy it now?
Not yet, because checkout hasn't opened. Leave your email and you'll get one message when it does. Joining the list costs nothing.
What is the price?
$29, paid once, is the price we plan to charge when checkout opens. There's no launch discount off a higher list price. If the price changes before then, people on the list hear the new figure first.
How is this different from the free inventory sheet?
The free sheet covers stock and per-unit profit. This kit adds product costing (materials + labour), a dated income and expense ledger with a monthly summary, and invoices that can use your product list. One file, one product list.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It keeps a clean shop record. What is deductible and what you file are questions for your accountant or tax office.
Does it sync with Etsy or Shopify?
No. You type or paste rows yourself. In return the file is yours, and it runs without add-ons or connected accounts.
Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. Only shared formulas. In Google Sheets: File, Import, Upload, Replace spreadsheet.
Is this the same as the quilt commission quote kit?
No. Back-Office runs shop products, stock, money in/out and invoices. The commission kit is for custom-quilt quotes and deposit rules.
Is this in the Quilter who sells pack?
No. That pack is longarm rates plus commission paperwork for client work. Back-Office is for the products you make and sell again and again.
