Two spreadsheets for quilting other people's quilts. One works out what to charge per square inch, starting from the wage you want and how long a pantograph pass really takes, and sets a minimum so a baby quilt still pays for loading the frame. The other is the quote itself, where the deposit, the number of changes and who buys the batting get written down before you start. Each is planned at $35 on its own, or $49 for the pair.

Who this is for
Longarm quilters who charge for edge-to-edge or custom work, and sewists who take custom quilt commissions. If you only sell finished goods from stock on Etsy, you want the Seller Back-Office Kit instead. If you are still working out fabric before you cut, stay with the free yardage and binding calculators.
How it sits with the free tools
The free calculators get you to “how much fabric” and a rough idea of what to charge. The pack is for the next step, when a client is waiting: a rate built from what you actually need to earn, and a quote with the deposit written into it.

What is in the pack?
Two spreadsheets: the longarm rate planner (cents per square inch from wage, overhead and pantograph timing) and the commission quote kit (quote, deposit, scope checklist and quote log). Same files as the solo products, delivered together.
What does it cost?
Planned at $49, paid once, when checkout opens. Each file on its own is planned at $35, so both bought separately would be $70. All three prices are the ones we plan to charge, with no inflated list price behind them.
Is this the Seller Back-Office Kit?
No. Back-Office is for shop products, stock, ledger and invoices. This pack is for people who quilt or sew for named clients: service rates and commission paperwork.
Can I buy only one?
Yes. The longarm rate planner and the commission quote kit each have their own page if you only need one job.
Can I buy it now?
