Questions
Is this a rate calculator?
No. It captures what you need before you load the frame. Cents per square inch from wage and overhead is the longarm rate planner on this site.
Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. Import the .xlsx into Google Sheets (File, Import, Upload, Replace spreadsheet) or open it in Excel.
Is there sample data?
Yes, one sample row on the Intake tab so you can see the shape. Replace it with your first real client.
What about custom quilt commissions (not longarm-only)?
Use the commission quote kit for deposit and scope paperwork on a full custom quilt. This intake sheet is for quilts that arrive for quilting.
Is it really free?
