Craft fair multi-show workbook
Forecast booth costs and expected units for every show you've booked this season, log what actually sold after each one, and the Compare tab lines the two up. When next year\'s applications open, you have a record of which fairs covered their costs and which didn\'t.
Compare tab (after Shows + Actuals)
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Planned vs actual units | How the day matched your plan |
| Planned profit vs actual net | After booth, travel, fees and COGS |
| Δ columns | The gap, filled in once both sides exist |
The sheet compares figures you enter. It has no way to predict what a fair will sell.

Questions
Is this the same as the free break-even calculator?
The free calculator is one fair in the browser. This workbook holds several shows: forecast, actuals and compare.
Why pay when free booth calculators exist?
Free calculators, ours included, cover one fair. Most craft fair sheets we looked at in October 2026 cover one event. This workbook tracks a whole season: a forecast for each show, what actually sold, and the gap between the two.
Can I buy it now?
Not yet. The spreadsheet is built and planned at $15, but checkout hasn't opened. Leave your email and you'll get one message when it does.
Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. It is an .xlsx file: open it in Excel, or import it into Google Sheets.
Is this a quilter pack add-on?
No. It's a separate spreadsheet for anyone who sells at fairs. The Quilter who sells pack is the longarm rate planner and the commission quote kit, nothing else.
What else pairs with this?
The Seller Back-Office Kit, for stock and invoices. The free cost + markup and inventory sheets, for what each item costs you to make and how many are left.
